FisoTherm™ Dyes are a series of fluorescent dyes designed specifically for measuring DNA amplification during real-time PCR. These fluorescent variants exhibit low background fluorescence, yet significantly increases upon binding to double-stranded DNA (dsDNA). Real-time PCR is used in various applications, including gene analysis, microbial detection and genotyping, clinical diagnostics, food safety, and cancer phenotyping. The increase of fluorescence during the PCR cycle is directly proportional to the amount of dsDNA that amplifyed, allowing to quantify newly synthesized DNA sequences. BioActs offers the FisoTherm series as effective fluorescent probes for monitoring real-time PCR in diverse fields such as clinical dignosis, environmental detection and biological research.
Storage and Handling
Store the product at – 20 °C. The diluted Staining Solution may be stored at 2–8 °C for several weeks in the dark.
