Description
Curvularin, a 12-membered macrolactone antibiotic, was isolated from a number of fungal species. It is an inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase (AChE), and inhibitor of Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription (JAK/STAT) signaling pathway. And, this compound shows microbial activity, and cell division inhibitory activity.
