| Reconstitution | ：Keep the vial on ice prior to restoration. For preparing a 1mg/ml stock solution, reconstitute the antibody by addition of 100μl of 50% glycerol, mix gently and let it stand for 5min on ice. Using deionized water instead of 50% glycerol may be good, but for extended storage, 50% glycerol is recommended. For an optimal storage, aliquot into small portions and store at -20℃ or below. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
