Description
HNF4gamma(NR2A3) is a member of orphan receptors. The expression is observed in pancreas, kidney, small intestine, and testis, with no expression detected in liver. The level is lesser than 10% of the HNF4 alpha.
Origin
Produced in BALB/c mouse ascites after inoculation with hybridoma of mouse myeloma cells (NS-1) and spleen cells derived from a BALB/c mouse immunized with E.coli-expressed recombinant human HNF4 gamma (96-408 aa) .
Specificity
This antibody specifically recognizes human HNF4 gamma and cross reacts with mouse and rat HNF4 gamma. This antibody does not recognize human HNF4 alpha.
Notes
