Description: 

The 5xTranscripton Buffer LM was specifically designed for use in cell-free protein expression experiments in combination with our wheat germ extracts of the WEPRO®7240 and WEPRO®8240 series, where the salt concentration matches our SUB-AMIX-SGC translation buffers. The 5xTranscripton Buffer LM can be used for working with the SP6 RNA polymerase (CFS-TSC-ENZ / CFS-TSC-ENZ-S) or the T7 RNA polymerase (not available from CFS).

Refer to our protocols for more information on how this product can be used in transcription reactions and in combination with our wheat germ cell-free protein expression system.

Shipment and Storage

Our products are shipped on dry ice. Store the reagents at -20°C upon arrival. The reagents are temperature sensitive and should be always stored in a freezer at -20°C. Keep reagents on ice while using them at the bench.
