Sterile; Ultrapure, Autoclaved, Filtered 0.1-micron membrane TWICE and 0.04-micron membrane ONCE.
Description:Nuclease-Free Water (Not DEPC-Treated) is a high-purity, molecular biology-grade reagent designed for sensitive applications where the presence of nucleases (RNases and DNases) can compromise results. This water is produced using advanced purification processes to ensure the complete removal of contaminants and nucleases, but without the use of diethyl pyrocarbonate (DEPC) treatment.
Applications:
- PCR and qPCR reactions
- RNA and DNA extraction and purification
- Preparation of buffers and reagents
- cDNA synthesis
- In vitro transcription and translation
Advantages:
- Nuclease-Free: Rigorously tested to confirm the absence of detectable RNase and DNase activity, ensuring sample integrity for downstream molecular biology applications
- Not DEPC-Treated: TManufactured without DEPC, making it suitable for applications where DEPC residues could interfere with sensitive assays or enzymatic reactions
- Ultra-Pure: Subjected to multiple purification steps, including filtration and autoclaving, to achieve the highest quality standards for molecular biology work.
- Ready-to-Use: Supplied in convenient, sterile, and easy-to-handle packaging to minimize the risk of contamination.
- Appearance: Colorless, clear solution
- pH: 7.4
Storage and Shelf Life:
- Store at RT.
- Shelf life is 36 months.
- Use before expiry date given on the product label.
CUSTOMIZATION: Please INQUIRE if other concentrations, additions of chemicals/compounds/proteins/supplements, different pH, and modifications are needed.
All DiagnoCine Precision Sterile buffers are filtered-sterilized with a 0.1-micron filtration two times and 0.04-micron filtration one time. Thus, mycoplasma contamination is prevented. The smallest size mycoplasma type can be about 0.2 microns.
