High-intensity illumination for clear fluorescence detection
Twenty-four high-brightness chip LEDs arranged on both sides provide powerful illumination, while a large low-noise cooling fan maintains stable brightness during extended operation.
Ultra-low background for high contrast imaging
A dichroic filter blocks the long-wavelength component of the LED light, and a high-efficiency light-absorbing sheet at the stage bottom virtually eliminates background signals.
The dark-field lighting system that irradiates excitation light from the left and right oblique sides below the light stage reduces costs and provides high output.
Compatible with mini-gel to medium-sized gel
Through the observation cover that cuts excitation light of 560 nm or less, it is possible to cut the gel band while observing it. The cover mounting hinge is insertable and easy to attach and detach.
