Cell Preservation Methods:
 1. Remove the Froze Tube® from the bag and fill it with liquid using a pipette. |
 2. Seal the liquid inlet with a high-frequency sealer (it cannot be sealed with a heat-fusion sealer). Seal the two seal marks on the Froze Tube® . |
 3. Be sure to use scissors to cut the center of the seal that is farthest from the liquid storage area. |
 3. When storing in a freezing box, be sure to store with the liquid withdrawal port facing upward. |
