Anti Human SHP mouse monoclonal antibody
SHP: small heterodimer partner
DiagnoCine offers excellent SHP | NR0B2 antibody for researchers studying nuclear hormone receptor family, orphan nuclear receptors, retinoid and thyroid hormone receptors, ligand-dependent transcriptional activation, transcriptional repressor signaling, and general DNA-binding transcription factor activity and transcription factor binding
Human diseases include Body Mass Index Quantitative Trait Locus 11 and Hemopneumothorax and other diseases.
This SHP antibody has excellent quality and this highly pure antibody can be adapted for Western Blots, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence research with optimization.
Wide Signaling Pathways:
- Negative regulator of receptor-dependent signaling pathways
- Inhibits transactivation of the nuclear receptor with which it interacts
- Inhibits transcriptional activity of NEUROD1 on E-box-containing promoter by interfering with the coactivation function of the p300/CBP-mediated transcription complex for NEUROD1
- Regulates the circadian expression of cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes
- Repress NR5A2 and HNF4A to down-regulate CYP2C38, NFLI3 to up-regulate CYP2A5, BHLHE41/HNF1A axis
- Up-regulate CYP1A2, CYP2E1 and CYP3A11, and NR1D1 to up-regulate CYP2B10, CYP4A10, and CYP4A14
- Essential component of the liver circadian clock which via its interaction with NR1D1 and RORG regulates NPAS2-mediated hepatic lipid metabolism

Origin
Produced in BALB/c mouse ascites after inoculation with hybridoma of mouse myeloma cells (NS-1) and spleen cells derived from a BALB/c mouse immunized with E.coli-expressed recombinant human SHP (1-257 aa)
SHP (NR0B2) is an orphan receptor. SHP is expressed in liver and at lower level in heart, adrenal gland, spleen and pancreas. Since SHP binds to several receptors, including retinoid receptors RAR, RXR and thyroid hormone receptor, the function is suggested as a negative regulator of receptor-dependent signaling pathways.
