Description
Reverse orientation the c-erbA-1 gene alpha (RevErba, ear1, Rev-erbAa; NR1D1) is a member of orphan nuclear receptor. RevErba is expressed in skeletal muscles, brown fat, liver, heart, brain, pituitary, kidney, testis, lung, hypothalamus. RevErba is indicating broad roles in cell proliferation and physiology. RevErba expression is regulated along a circadian rhythm.
Produced in BALB/c mouse ascites after inoculation with hybridoma of mouse myeloma cells (NS-1) and spleen cells derived from a BALB/c mouse immunized with Baculovirus-expressed recombinant human REVERB alpha (2-130 aa) .
Note
Sodium azide may react with lead and copper plumbing to form explosive metal azides. Flush with large amounts of water during disposal.
