Description
Reverse orientation the c-erbA-1 gene beta (RevErbb, BD73; NR1D2) is a member of orphan nuclear receptor. RevErb is expressed in heart, brain, lung, liver, skeletal muscles, kidney, spleen and testis. RevErbb is indicating broad roles in cell proliferation and physiology.

Origin
Produced in BALB/c mouse ascites after inoculation with hybridoma of mouse myeloma cells (NS-1) and spleen cells derived from a BALB/c mouse immunized with Baculovirus-expressed recombinant human REVERB beta (4-101aa).
Note
Sodium azide may react with lead and copper plumbing to form explosive metal azides. Flush with large amounts of water during disposal.
