DEPC-Treated Buffers
Description:Sterile 1X DEPC-Treated Buffers are nuclease-free solutions designed for a wide range of molecular biology and RNA-sensitive applications (RNA extraction and handling, RT-PCR and qPCR setup, nucleic acid electrophoresis, hybridization, and preparation of other laboratory reagents). These buffers are treated with DEPC and processed to be free of detectable DNase, RNase, and endonucleases, helping to preserve the integrity of RNA and DNA during critical experimental steps. A variety of common buffer chemistries (PBS, TBS, TE, TAE, TBE, MOPS, HEPES, PIPES, citrate, sodium phosphate, glycine, and others) are available in ready-to-use 1X format to support different assay requirements and workflows.
