A separate Slide-A-LyzerTM MINI Dialysis Devices, 10K MWCO (Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.) is required.
The particle size of the liposomes in the solution has a peak distribution at about 150 nm based on scattered light intensity measurement, and the liposomes should be close to a monodispersed distribution after sonication. For more inforamtion, please refer to the instruction manual of this kit at p13.
