- Membran protein has been synthesized using asolection liposome
- No need to prepare reagents

- Target proteins can be confirmed through SDS-PAGE/CBB staining
- Contains enough for 8 reactions on a 240 µl reaction scale
* Since this product is premixed with reagents, rehydration and sonication of liposomes cannot be performed prior to the reaction. On the other hands, liposomes size increase in size by freezing and thawing. Therefore, the size of liposomes at the time of reaction in this kit is larger than 150 nm obtained by rehydration and sonication treatment.
