The kit consists of two reagents and can be stored at 2°C to 30°C.
Applicable specimens: Culture medium grown on liquid medium or colonies grown on solid medium.
A culture medium equivalent to McFarland No. 0.5 to 1.
Bacterial suspensions of colonies prepared in sterile distilled water to a concentration equivalent to McFarland No. 0.5 to 1.
Storage temperature: Room temperature (2 ℃ to 30 ℃)
