Description
This product is a kind of dye suitable for preparation of blue polyacrylamide gel upper glue, the dye can be stable in the upper glue (concentrated glue, glue), will not enter the lower glue (separation glue) with electrophoresis. Therefore, the addition of the blue dye can make the spot sample holes of the upper layer of glue protein clearly appear, and it is easy to judge whether the edge of the sample hole is disturbed or damaged, so that the protein sample can be accurately added to the spot sample holes. The dye will not affect the electrophoresis and dyeing effect, after the electrophoresis is completed, it is also easy to identify and remove the upper glue, does not affect the subsequent Western Blot and other experiments, can be used with the company's G 2003 , G2037 products.
Storage and transportation
Transport at room temperature; Store at 4 ℃ for 12 months.
Instruction
1. Due to the special nature of the dye, there will be precipitation in the process of storage, so please mix it upside down before use and then use it normally ;
2. Taking 1.0mm gel as an example, about 2 mL of upper glue solution is needed to prepare a single gel. 2 μL of upper glue blue dye (500×) can be added to each 1 mL of upper glue solution and mixed well ;
3. Add the top gelatinizing catalyst (such as ammonium persulfate or other ammonium persulfate substitutes) and TEMED, and then use pipette or pipette to inject the top gelatinizing solution between the glass plates, and insert the electrophoresis comb;
4. After the upper layer is solidified, the electrophoresis comb can be removed for subsequent electrophoresis.
Note
1. The dye may also be added after the addition of a gel polymerization catalyst (eg, ammonium persulfate or other ammonium persulfate substitute) and TEMED, mixed and directly perfused with the supergel.
