Description
6× BPB loading Dye is useful for loading DNA samples into wells on agarose gel electrophoresis. It contains 36 mM EDTA • 2Na, 40 % glycerol, 0.075 % bromphenol blue and 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH8.0). This product is research use only.
Storage condition
Stable at room temperature, For long time storage, – 20oC is recommended.
Recommended usage
Add 1/6 volume of 6× Loading Dye to the DNA sample, then apply to a well on agarose gel.
DNA sample 5 μL
6× BPB loading Dye 1 μL
Mix ⇒ Load to a well.
