This product is research use only.
6 X BPB loading Dye is useful for loading DNA samples into wells on agrarose gel electrophoresis. It contains 36 mM EDTA • 2Na, 40 % glycerol, 0.075 % bromphenol blue and 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH8.0).
Recommended usage
Add 1/6 volume of 6× Loading Dye to the DNA sample, then apply to a well on agarose gel.

6× BPB loading Dye 1 μL - - - addtion of 1/5 volume of DNA sample
DNA sample 5 μL
6× BPB loading Dye 1 μL - - - addtion of 1/5 volume of DNA sample
Mix -> Load to a well.
