Description
GATA2 is transcriptional activator which regulates gene expression and cell phenotype, plays a role in development of hematopoietic, nervous and urinary systems. Binds to the consensus sequence 5'-(A/T) GATA(A/G)-3'.
Origin
Produced in culture supernatant from hybridoma of mouse myeloma cells (NS-1) and spleen cells derived from a BALB/c mouse immunized with Baculovirusexpressed recombinant human GATA2 (192-245 aa) .
Note
Sodium azide may react with lead and copper plumbing to form explosive metal azides. Flush with large amounts of water during disposal.
