ALyS505N is a serum-free medium for immunology research.
Four types of IL-2 concentration are available, then suitable type can be used depending on your cultured condition.

Feature

• Suitable for culturing human peripheral T-lymphocytes
• Xeno-free: all proteins contained in the medium are recombinants or human proteins with heat-treatment.
• High growth rate of human peripheral T-lymphocytes: adding small amount of plasma (0.1-2%) may help to increase the growth rate

*Note: In case of primary culture of peripheral blood T-lymphocytes, it is recommended to add 1-5% plasma.
