Baffle-designed erlenmeyer flasks promote optimal and consistent solution agitation when used with flask shakers. Erlenmeyer Flask is perfectly suitable for the culture of suspended cells with high oxygen requirements.
Feature
• The bottle is made of medical polycarbonate (PC), which complies with ISO10993. It has high transparency, strong impact resistance and anti-oxidation activity, and can withstand temperature up to 121°C.
• The PTFE permeable membrane in the vent cap can effectively prevent the entry of microorganisms.
• Vent caps with 0.2 μm hydrophobic filters for gas exchange without contamination.
• The baffle facilitates the exchange between cells and air, increasing the gas exchange rate for higher dissolved oxygen content.
• Individually packaged in sterile bags.
• Sterilized by E-beam, SAL=10^-6.
• Non-Pyrogenic, DNase/Rnase free.
